８６歳の親戚の一人が長年Ｈ市の某病院に入院してお世話頂いている。長年の入院食で胃腸の状況は健康だが、運動不足もあって脚力が衰え１０年ほど前から介護付きの車椅子で生活している。本人は若少時代から病気を発症していたので独身を通し家族がいないので、最近は私が法務省系の「成人後見人」となって彼の入院生活・生活資金の出入などを管理している。２０年近く同病院に入院していて昨年から「治療症状が改善されているので退院を考えて欲しい」と要望されている。本人は本人の収入は年金と年金生活者支援金で月額１０万円弱で現在の入院生活資金を何とか賄っているが、退院すると介護付きの老人福祉施設などの住居での生活となり、生活費の値上がりや介護士手当などの高騰もあって月額１０間円弱の収入でやっていけるのか大変心配だ。私自身にも介護付きの高齢者住居や介護・生活保護・障害者資格の知識が無いので、これらの知識や支援の知識を揃えてから再度試みた方が良いのではないかと思われる。
