＜Japanese Version＞　我が家は今から１８年程前（２００７年頃）屋根に太陽光パネル（シャープサンビスタ）を取り付けて２００V発電（エアコンのようなモーターを動かすのは一般的な１００ｖの電気よりも効率的であるそうだ）をしてオール電化にして使っている。オール電化にするとキッチンで油などが燃えず煙が出ないから換気扇付近が綺麗で、その上火災やガス中毒の心配がなく火災保険代も少し安くなると言うから安心で便利だ。昼間の余剰電力は関西電力に売電し、夜間は１００％買電していた。夜間の買電は真夜中の安い電気で４００L 貯湯タンクを沸かし、朝から晩のキッチン、風呂、手洗いにその湯を使っている。太陽光パネルを取り付けた後十数年は政府が太陽光発電を奨励したので、売電料金は１ｋWｈ５０円近くあり、因みに買電代は１ｋWｈ３０円弱と凡そ２０円の差があった。オール電化の毎月の電気代は平均１５，０００円くらいであろう。１年の内で発電量の多いのは５月と１０月である。１日の発電量は年平均では１０ｋWｈ／日程度であり、この内凡そ３ｋWｈが売電に回っていたから月当たりの売電量は平均４，５００円／月くらいあった。発電しても買電の方が売電よりも多いから毎月の電気代は平均１５，０００円／月以上掛かり、発電と買電の差で電気代は毎月平均１０，０００円を支払っていた。熱源として電気・ガス・灯油を使っていた時代は月平均２０，０００円以上掛かっていたので約半分で済んでおり、老後の生活経費の節減に大きな力になっていて有難いことであった。所が、政府の太陽光パネル取付け政策が太陽光発電の不安定さのために減退して買電代が４年程前から１ｋWｈ８円と大幅に減少し、余剰電力は売電ではなく自宅で蓄電する方式に切り変わったが、我家はまだ蓄電設備は比較的高価なために設置していない。

　昨日、関西電力大阪契約管理センターと言う所から手紙が来て「２０２４年２月分の受給電力が ０ｋWh となっており、発電していない可能性がある」ことを知らせて呉れた。太陽光発電パネルを取付けてもう直ぐ２０年になるのだから故障するのも当たり前なんだが、昨年末（１１月２０日）に取り替えたエアコン１基を２００Vに変換する工事をした時に、その電源をシャープサンビスタから取る工事をしたのでそれが悪かった可能性もあるので、関西電力に電話して調べて貰ったところ「受給電力が ０ｋWh」になったのは今年の１月８日からと言うことで、エアコン工事とは直接関係ないらしい。いずれにしても、２月２２日にシャープ滋賀支店から点検しに来てくれることになっているが、来るだけで出張料５，５００円／日が掛かるらしいから最近は消費者も何かと大変だ。その結果、係員１名が来て発電モニター上の「発電・売電しますボタン」を押すと発電量の数値が出て来たが、それを１月7日に誰かが触って発電が無くなったらしことが判明した。ついでに、サンビスタ関係を１５分ほど掛けて調べて呉れたが異常なしであり、一寸ガッカリした結果となったが大過なくて安堵した次第である。
