　ここ最近物価の値上がりが激しくて、我が家のような年金生活者の対応が厳しくなり、昨年当初まで出ていた１～２月末余剰金が最近は赤字となってきた。現在、私は年金生活者となった１９年前は月額２４万円の年金があって比較的安定した生活が出来ていたが、４～５年後には年金減額により２２万円／月となったものの、年１～２回は近畿近郊への１～泊の夫婦旅行が出来ていた。最近のロシアのウクライナ進行による石油・穀物の値上がりによる物価値上がり・円安傾向により生活費は４～５年前から数割値上がりして生活が大変苦しくなり、生活費に月額２万円内外の赤字が出てきた。家内の年金は目下生活費には含まれていないが、今後生活費への繰り入れや節約をして欲しいものだ。

　Recently, prices have been rising sharply, making it difficult for pensioners like my family to cope with the situation, and the surplus that was available at the end of January and February until the beginning of last year has recently turned into a deficit. 　Currently, when I became a pensioner 19 years ago, I had a monthly pension of 240,000 yen and was able to live a relatively stable life, but after 4 to 5 years, due to the pension reduction, my monthly pension will be 220,000 yen. 　However, once or twice a year, the couple was able to take a one-night trip to the Kinki area. Due to the recent rise in prices of oil and grain due to Russia's progress in Ukraine, and the tendency towards a weaker yen, the cost of living has increased by several percent compared to 4 to 5 years ago, making life extremely difficult, resulting in a deficit of around 20,000 yen per month. 　It's here.
